As a Registered Nurse in our PACU, you will assess and address the needs of patients during their immediate recovery phase, ensuring advanced pain and airway management. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs in the recovery unit
• Provide airway and pain management effectively
• Support recovery for ventilated patients
• Document care using electronic systems
• Collaborate on care plan evaluations
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse registration in Ontario
• BCLS certification at hiring
• PACU certification within six months
• Critical Care or Emergency certification required
• 2 years of experience in acute surgical care
