Wellpath is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you will provide patient care, collaborate with Charge Nurses, and work towards optimal patient outcomes. We're looking for someone with a graduate nursing degree and ideally one year of clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs

• Implement medical plans by administering medications and tests

• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with protocols

• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP method

• Communicate effectively with healthcare staff and patients

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school

• Minimum one year of clinic experience preferred

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state

• CPR certification obtained and maintained

• Committed to serving vulnerable populations
