Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to patient care referrals in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Current registration with College of Nurses of Nova Scotia
• 2 years of supervisory or relevant home health experience
• Proven coaching and development skills for care staff
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
