Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a dedicated nurse to enhance health and beauty services in the community. This role involves taking blood samples and evaluating vaccination needs, from influenza to travel-related immunizations. You will collaborate with the pharmacy team to improve service offerings and guide patients on device usage for blood glucose and blood pressure management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer appropriate vaccines based on health assessments
• Offer services related to hypertension and diabetes management
• Conduct blood sample collections and health evaluations
• Provide instructions on using medical devices for patients
• Collaborate with pharmacy for service development
Requirements:
• Member of Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec
• DCS or bachelor’s degree in nursing required
• Familiarity with Québec immunization protocol
