Build nursing experience with Interior Health as an Employed Student Nurse across flexible regional worksites. Strengthen direct care skills through a structured student program.
The ESN/ESPN Program supports Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Psychiatric Nursing students. Positions run in cohorts from May 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028, for students who completed Year 2 or Year
3. Assignments may span acute, community, mental health, long-term care, rural, education, or corporate services.
- Provide direct nursing care under Interior Health policies
- Follow BCCNM ESN/ESPN Practice Standard requirements
- Consolidate nursing skills and abilities through assigned work
- Indicate preferred Interior Health location during application
- Submit required application attachments completely
- Study Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
- Successfully complete Year 2 or Year 3
- Attend a recognized nursing program
- Submit required application attachments
- Provide optional creative document in accepted file format
