Engage with international visitors and immerse them in the natural beauty of the Canadian Rockies. With paid training provided to qualify as a Tour Guide and Licensed Boat Captain, your passion for storytelling and customer service can truly shine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging boat tours, showcasing wildlife and landscapes
• Navigate tour boats safely per Transport Canada Regulations
• Answer guest inquiries for enhanced visitor experiences
• Maintain trip logs and report mechanical issues
• Participate in environmental initiatives to protect wildlife
Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in varied conditions
• Pleasure Craft Operator Card (support provided)
• Canadian citizen or permanent resident
• Consent to a criminal record check
