As a full-time contract member at John Island Camp, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing outdoor living skills and tripping programs. Your leadership will ensure both participant safety and staff development throughout all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging outdoor living skills programs

• Manage safety protocols for trips and outdoor activities

• Train and support staff in delivering outdoor programs

• Maintain resources and equipment efficiently

• Collaborate with managers for high-quality camper experiences

Requirements:

• 2 years in outdoor camps or similar environments

• Expertise in outdoor skills including canoeing and backcountry living

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

• Required National Lifeguard certification

• Effective communication and organizational abilities
