Position: Winter Wilderness Guide at The Adventure Group
Embark on an exciting outdoor career as a Wilderness Guide with The Adventure Group in Whistler, BC. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable experiences while ensuring guest safety.

At The Adventure Group, based in Whistler, you'll serve as a Wilderness Guide leading snowmobile tours across stunning Cougar Mountain. You bring skills in outdoor activities, customer service, and First Aid to enhance every guest's experience. This dynamic position involves thoughtful safety measures and personalized guiding to accommodate diverse guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide clear safety instructions

• Conduct pre-tour vehicle and equipment inspections

• Adapt tours to suit different guest groups

• Monitor weather and terrain conditions

• Operate hill shuttles and ensure guest safety protocols

Requirements:

• 80-hour minimum First Aid certification

• Valid driver’s license;
Class 4 is preferred

• Experience in customer service and outdoor guiding

• Strong communication skills for guest interactions

• Physically fit for outdoor work and lifting tasks
