The IPM Technician's role involves implementing effective pest control measures through rigorous inspections and education of property staff and tenants. With a strong emphasis on safety and compliance with IPM principles, you will work to mitigate pest issues proactively and ensure the highest service quality across residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement pest control treatments according to regulations
• Perform detailed inspections to spot pest signs and sanitation issues
• Respond swiftly to work orders and service requests
• Educate tenants and staff on treatment processes
• Collaborate on preventive measures with maintenance teams
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of pest control or relevant experience
• Valid Provincial Pesticide Applicator Licence
• Good understanding of pest biology and control methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Clean full G driver's license for travel
