Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role entails leading daily quality assurance activities for both new and existing products. You will develop deliverables such as quality plans and reports, and implement supplier quality requirements. Your expertise will be integral in training staff, performing failure analyses, and driving corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards. You will also provide crucial data analysis to report on quality trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project quality assurance and act as the key QA liaison
• Develop plans and documentation for quality assurance
• Set and monitor supplier quality criteria
• Train relevant personnel on contract quality processes
• Perform investigations and drive corrective actions
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in a quality engineering role
• Strong communication skills for analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in data-driven problem-solving techniques
• Knowledge of ISO
9001 compliance
• Eligible for Canadian security clearances
