Support quality assurance efforts as a Quality Control Technician with Green Infrastructure Partners in Kingston, Ontario.
Your role will involve hands-on sampling and testing of construction materials to ensure compliance.
In this role, reporting to the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for field sampling and collaborating with site operations. You'll operate specialized equipment for hot mix core sampling and ensure all materials meet project specifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to work effectively with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect samples from diverse construction sites
• Operate drilling tools for core sample procurement
• Transport samples to laboratories for analysis
• Document and report findings for project leadership
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety compliance
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Physical capacity to lift and move 25 kilos
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Results-oriented in a comprehensive work environment
