Elevate field operations with Eastlink as a Training and Quality Specialist based in Halifax, NS. Focus on audits, inspections, and training to ensure high standards in service delivery.
In this on-site role, you will report to the National Manager of Training and Quality. Your responsibilities will involve conducting quality inspections, training team members, and addressing customer escalations. The position allows you to develop and deliver technical training programs, contributing to the high performance of field technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality inspections on installations
• Perform audits and mentor field technicians
• Assist in developing training programs
• Address customer escalations effectively
• Design educational initiatives for new products
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Electronics or similar
• Experience in adult education preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
