Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate key performance metrics delivery
• Support scheduling for AOPS QCTC and inspections
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering and production teams
• Drive initiatives for process improvement and documentation
• Maintain and update Inspection and Test Plans for compliance
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of quality experience in a similar role
• Shipbuilding knowledge considered an asset
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
