Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with teams on delivery schedules and documentation

• Inspect incoming equipment for compliance with purchase orders

• Review inspection sheets and ensure thorough documentation

• Organize photographic evidence of received equipment

• Report on any identified issues and coordinate resolutions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3 years in relevant inspection or quality assurance roles

• Well-versed in Microsoft 365 tools

• Strong organizational skills managing documentation

• Familiarity with BESS and PCS equipment.
