As a pivotal member of our quality assurance team, you will engage in meticulous product inspections and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. You will interact closely with operations, procurement, and logistics to address any non-conformities. Your proactive approach to inspections and record-keeping will play a crucial part in meeting our customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check inbound products for adherence to specifications
• Communicate non-conformities with relevant teams
• Monitor the production environment for compliance
• Maintain records for quality assurance
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in biological or food sciences
• 6 to 12 months of QC experience in food sectors
• Ability to lift and stand for long periods
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
• Proficient in MS Office and Google applications
