TSSA is actively searching for an Inspector of Fuels with a robust background in the gaseous fuels industry, requiring five years of experience and relevant certifications. You will engage with industry stakeholders, conduct detailed inspections, and ensure compliance with the Technical Standards and Safety Act, directly impacting community safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute inspections at fuel and equipment facilities
• Respond to and analyze safety incidents, providing recommendations
• Guide stakeholders on regulatory compliance and safety practices
• Maintain systematic records of inspection findings
• Organize daily inspection schedules and reports
Requirements:
• A minimum of five years of industry experience
• Current Gas Technician (G2) certification or in progress
• Strong familiarity with CSA and Technical Standards
• Analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence for travel needs
