In this permanent position, you will coordinate teams, perform critical testing activities, and ensure equipment reliability. Your extensive knowledge will be essential in troubleshooting faults and guiding junior staff through the testing process. This role also involves creating and managing essential documentation for various commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough testing of Victoria Class Submarine systems
• Serve as Test Director for multidisciplinary teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
• Mentor and lead Test Specialists in best practices
• Draft and maintain lockout/tagout procedural documentation
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Over 8 years of relevant industry experience
• Knowledge of marine technologies is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team orientation
• Eligible for Canadian Secret Security Clearance
