Lead computer systems validation at Veeva Systems, advancing risk-based validation, AI/ML governance, and compliance for life sciences software.
The Director of Computer Systems Validation Program supports Quality, Regulatory and Compliance while qualifying Veeva Vault technology. You will oversee validation teams, deliver releases and patches, and mentor validation leaders. The work includes GxP requirements, document control, change management, and audit support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and mentor validation program managers and team leads
- Approve validation approaches, methods, and release reporting
- Establish risk-based validation processes and coordinate complex projects
- Oversee onshore and offshore contractor testing within budgets
- Present CSV operations during customer audits
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or related discipline
- 10+ years validating enterprise software in regulated life sciences
- 5+ years of managerial experience developing superior teams
- Knowledge of AI/ML governance and risk-based validation
- Understanding of ERES, GCP, GMP, and project management
Bring validation leadership, regulatory expertise, and technical judgment to Veeva Vault qualification and customer success.
