The Armour Group is currently on the lookout for a Leasing Associate focused on building relationships within the community. This position involves engaging with prospective tenants for our diverse commercial spaces, including the Historic Properties and Park Place campus. In this dynamic role, you will be integral to our team and assist in maintaining high occupancy rates across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate property tours and showcase key features

• Negotiate lease terms effectively with support

• Oversee lease signings and tenant communications

• Track occupancy rates and lease renewals diligently

• Develop retention strategies for existing tenants

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial property management preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with lease negotiations and tenant management

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and property software

• Organized with strong attention to detail
