With 1-2 years of relevant experience, you’ll utilize your strong communication skills and attention to detail to effectively manage the leasing process. This position emphasizes building strong relationships and maintaining high resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a resident ambassador addressing their needs
• Own the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding
• Monitor vacancies and achieve established leasing goals
• Facilitate payments and conduct property inspections
• Handle maintenance requests and resident transitions
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software
• Clean driver’s license and reliable transport
• Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
