CPL is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of several property projects. You will manage renovations, tenant improvements, and building renewals, reporting directly to the Director of Engineering and Development. This role demands strong skills in project definition, budget management, and team coordination for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple concurrent real estate projects in Nova Scotia
• Define objectives, scopes, and stakeholder requirements
• Coordinate the complete project lifecycle from planning to turnover
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and proposals
• Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or a related field
• Over three years of experience in commercial project management
• Strong background in construction and contract administration
• Proficiency in project management software
• Valid driver's license for site travel
