Invest Nova Scotia is seeking a Research Analyst to join the Strategy & Research Team. You will conduct market intelligence research and provide insights to guide international business development. Collaborating closely with the Manager of Trade Market Intelligence, this role will execute research projects and deliver high-quality reports to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct international trade research to inform strategy
• Develop customized reports for Nova Scotia companies
• Mentor and train Research Assistants in research methodologies
• Prepare comprehensive company profiles and biographies
• Contribute to special strategic research publications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of data analysis experience
• Strong analytical skills with report writing expertise
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
