Lead Research Manager at Pendulum

In your senior role at Pendulum®, you'll develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with business goals. You'll keep abreast of trends in probiotics and microbiome research, leading cross-departmental collaborations. As a scientific resource, you will inspire innovation and rigor, contributing to impactful research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own R&D strategy and execution plans

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

• Communicate findings to Product leadership

• Mentor and manage scientists, fostering a collaborative culture

• Lead product design and optimization efforts

Requirements:

• Publications or patents in microbiome-related fields

• Experience with cell culture and in vitro assays
