MINISO Canada is expanding and seeking a Retail Area Manager to oversee multiple stores in the Atlantic region. This role involves managing daily operations, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards. You will work closely with store managers and teams to improve sales and operational efficiency throughout Halifax and New Brunswick.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure stores operate efficiently and meet company standards
• Develop budgets, sales targets, and KPIs for each location
• Recruit, train, and coach store managers and associates
• Oversee daily operations with regular store visits
• Analyze performance and implement improvement strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region
