Help customers succeed with The Home Depot as a Lot Associate. Load orders and maintain a welcoming parking lot environment for an engaging customer experience.
In this role, the Lot Associate’s primary duty is to ensure customer vehicles are properly loaded and the lot remains protected. Following the GET Model of customer service is crucial, as you greet, engage, and thank customers. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to assess customer needs will enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities Load customer purchases safely into their vehicles
Maintain a sufficient number of carts at the store entrance
Communicate effectively with customers about their project needs
Ensure all loading areas are clean and accessible
Follow safety and loss prevention guidelines
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required
1 to 2 years of retail experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings
Perform physical tasks like lifting and bending
Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring protected loading and a positive shopping experience at The Home Depot.
