The Children's Place is looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to aid the Store Leadership Team in meeting company goals. Your core responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer engagement by accurately addressing inquiries and offering suitable product solutions. This role also includes maintaining store standards and contributing to a clean and organized retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to customer activity and prioritize service

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance

• Showcase the quality of merchandise and promotions

• Follow best practices for merchandise presentation

• Report maintenance needs to Store Leadership Team

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Preferably one year of retail experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

• Flexible shift availability, including evenings and weekends
