• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.
• Business acumen and analytical thinking, delivering positive results.
• Excellent time-management skills, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point-of-sale systems.
• 18 years of age or older, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays; able to stand extended periods, lift 50+ lbs, and arrive on time.
