This role focuses on assisting customers with their buying decisions while maintaining visual presentation standards on the sales floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in evaluating their outdoor needs

• Provide recommendations based on product knowledge

• Maintain visual merchandising and sales floor cleanliness

• Resolve customer issues with good judgment

• Promote various company programs and promotions

Requirements:

• One year experience in sales or service preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Passion for the outdoor lifestyle and related products

• Strong customer service skills and judgment

• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products is an asset
