This role requires you to act as a brand ambassador while ensuring operational excellence and a top-tier customer experience. With 2-3 years of retail leadership, you'll guide your team in meeting objectives, analyzing KPI reports, and creating engaging brand experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Debrief team on key objectives and deliverables

• Analyze KPI reports and coach towards metrics

• Facilitate effective team and management communication

• Foster positive brand experiences for all stakeholders

• Manage administrative and customer service tasks effectively

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of leading a retail team

• Strong passion for coffee and sustainability

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management

• Demonstrated understanding of driving KPIs

• Capable of lifting up to 23 kilograms
