As the Operations Lead, you will be responsible for all operational facets of the store, from leading the operations team to maintaining effective inventory management.
Your role is crucial in ensuring operational excellence and providing feedback for staff development. Engage with clients and Beauty Advisors to enhance their shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise overall store operations and process adherence
• Oversee inventory tasks, including receiving and returns
• Maintain visual merchandising in compliance with guidelines
• Manage supplies and budgeting for the store's needs
• Assess performance and deliver improvement feedback
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar retail role
• Proven ability to influence team members
• Strong operational skill set and time management
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to interact actively with clients in-store
