Lead the Nespresso team as a Full Time Team Leader, driving sales and enhancing customer experience. This role requires a passion for coffee and operational excellence.
As a Team Leader at Nespresso, you will act as a brand ambassador while overseeing sales targets and team performance. Your responsibilities include debriefing the team on objectives, analyzing KPIs, and ensuring effective communication with both the team and store management. You will create a positive brand experience while balancing administrative and customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brief team on key objectives and deliverables
• Analyze KPI reports and coach team accordingly
• Ensure communication between team and management
• Create positive brand experiences for stakeholders
• Balance administrative tasks with customer service
Requirements:
• 2-3 years' experience in sales and team leadership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory software
• Strong analytical skills with KPI knowledge
• Effective time management
• Ability to lift up to 23 kilograms
