Seasonal Sales Associate

Become a vital part of Fluevog's Halifax store as a Seasonal Sales Associate. Connect with customers, showcase unique shoes, and provide exceptional service in a vibrant, welcoming environment.

This role focuses on blending sales, creativity, and customer engagement, while embodying Fluevog’s unique values. You'll assist with community events, drive personal and team sales goals, and demonstrate product expertise alongside exceptional service. Flexibility is key, as you’ll be available for approximately 4 to 5 shifts weekly, including weekends, during the busy summer months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchases and resolve issues

• Engage customers through in-shop events and community efforts

• Drive personal and team sales to meet targets

• Demonstrate product knowledge and shoe care

• Maintain visually appealing merchandising and displays

Requirements:

• Weekend availability and minimum one weekday shift

• Computer skills and knowledge of retail POS systems

• Strong people skills and excellent communication

• Physically able to perform in-store tasks

• Passion for unique footwear and creativity
