Position: Sephora Operations Consultant Role
Join Sephora as a Part Time Operations Consultant at the Halifax Shopping Centre. This vital role involves client service, stock organization, and ensuring compliance with merchandising standards.

As an Operations Consultant, you will work closely with the Operations Supervisor to maintain efficient stockroom operations. Your focus will be on delivering knowledgeable service to clients, training cashiers on POS systems, and upholding cleanliness standards in the cashier zone. You will also be involved in processing shipments and managing inventory control effectively throughout your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the cashier area

• Provide professional service during store hours

• Train fellow cashiers on systems and procedures

• Process shipment receipts and damages

• Maintain compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred

• Effective time management and communication skills

• Must be a High School graduate

• Flexible availability required

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
