Position: Retail Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops

As a Retail Outfitter, you will work under the Group Sales Manager, contributing to a world-class shopping environment. Your ability to evaluate customer needs and provide tailored recommendations will be crucial. Key responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandise standards and promoting store programs to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations

• Promote company programs and store promotions

• Maintain visual presentation and cleanliness standards

• Resolve customer issues using good judgment

• Assist in various store areas as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum one year in sales or customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong customer evaluation and recommendation skills

• Passion for the outdoors and its lifestyle

• Product knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabelas is an asset
