In this position, you will be responsible for leading the retail operations and adventure bookings at Pursuit’s Adventure Centre.

Your role involves coaching a high-performing team to ensure seamless service and meticulous inventory management. Foster an engaging environment while driving business alignment across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop a strong, engaged team across locations

• Provide exceptional guest experiences with personalized service

• Monitor retail performance and merchandising standards

• Oversee inventory tracking and stock management

• Build relationships with internal departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or tourism leadership

• Strong operational management and communication skills

• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams effectively

• Experience with inventory and retail operations required

• Valid driver’s license for travel between locations
