• Provide direction for team members during downtime to keep the environment productive and efficient.

• Complete invoices and related paperwork promptly, accurately, and in compliance with policy.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, financial and marketing strategies, and HR information.
• Support team members through on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store.
• Lead daily opening and closing procedures of the store and any other tasks required to meet operational needs.
• Remain adaptable and implement new directives from the head office.
• Follow time and attendance procedures so employees are ready for their scheduled shifts.
