As a part of the sales team, you’ll report to the Group Sales Manager, working collaboratively to meet customer needs and enhance sales.
Your role involves providing exceptional service, promoting company programs, and maintaining store presentation standards. Engage with customers through expert product knowledge and resolve any issues effectively while ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legendary customer service to assist buyers
• Promote store programs and special promotions
• Maintain merchandise presentation and cleanliness
• Resolve customer issues with sound judgment
• Assist in various store areas as needed
Requirements:
• One or more years in sales or service preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong judgment and logical problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of outdoor lifestyle and trends
• Familiarity with Bass Pro Shops products an asset
