This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences at partner stores through meticulous merchandising and organized stock management. You will ensure that Bloomstar products are displayed engagingly and efficiently, contributing to the overall sales success of the company. Your everyday tasks will involve communication with supervisors about inventory, adhering to safety regulations, and adapting displays based on product sell-through.
Key Responsibilities:
• Merchandise coolers, shelves, and displays with Bloomstar products
• Organize the stockroom according to company best practices
• Complete all assigned duties safely and efficiently
• Timely processing of shipments and required paperwork
• Ensure customer service levels are consistently high
Requirements:
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with staff and management
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Capability to stand for long periods and work in a cooler
• Prior experience in merchandising or customer service is a plus
