Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in the Bakery Department

• Oversee bakery staff during the Bakery Manager's absence

• Encourage a culture of coaching and teamwork

• Complete customer bakery orders efficiently

• Maintain all sanitation and merchandising standards

Requirements:

• 12 months of experience in a bakery or food service

• High School Diploma is required

• Strong multitasking and independent working abilities

• Above-average written and verbal communication skills

• Good work ethic with a focus on teamwork
