Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee retail store functions and manage staff during shifts
• Deliver products within 45 minutes and ensure vehicle cleanliness
• Lead by example in customer interactions and service excellence
• Address customer complaints and uphold company policies
• Manage inventory and sales goals efficiently
Requirements:
• Completion of high school; further education is an advantage
• Clean driver's abstract and valid driver's license required
• A minimum of 2 years experience in retail, cannabis preferred
• Valid Sell Safe certification necessary for employment
• Strong problem-solving and customer engagement abilities
