Part-Time Tree Customer Associate

This Customer Service Associate role centers on serving customers throughout the store. You will answer questions, recommend products, manage sales transactions, and maintain merchandise presentation. The work also includes stocking, receiving deliveries, store recovery, cleanliness, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

• Assist customers with questions and product recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at assigned cash registers
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets
• Stock, recover, receive, and replenish merchandise
• Clean and maintain presentable store areas

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail or related customer service experience highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Lift thirty to fifty pounds and perform frequent physical activities
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
