Retail Sales Associate Furniture Technology

Drive furniture, technology, and supplies sales through exceptional customer service, tailored recommendations, and strong communication in a retail store environment.

As a Sales Associate, you will engage customers, support satisfaction, and contribute to sales and margin goals with store leaders. Your work covers customer transactions, merchandising, planograms, stocking, signage, and store standards. You will also help address complex customer situations while maintaining required policies and procedures.

• Deliver exceptional service and strengthen customer engagement
• Drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies areas
• Set and achieve sales and margin goals with leaders
• Process shipping and other transactions using the POS system
• Maintain merchandising, signage, stocking, and brand standards

• Three months to one year of prior retail experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to support Health and Safety policies
• Ability to maintain Asset Protection and Privacy Policies
