Lead daily retail operations through customer service, staff support, and organized store execution as an Assistant Team Leader.
This Assistant Team Leader supports management with store operations and staff oversight. You will handle shipments, stocking, customer issues, cash management, and safety standards. The position includes manager-on-duty responsibilities, including attendance tracking and performance management participation.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist management with daily store operations and staff
- Box and unbox daily shipments
- Stock products and maintain organized shelves
- Resolve customer issues through good service
- Complete opening, closing, and cash management duties
- Approximately one year of relevant retail experience
- At least one year in a supervisory role
- Flexible day, evening, and weekend availability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership, organizational, teamwork, and multitasking skills
