Junior Retail Assistant Manager

Lead retail sales and customer service at La Vie en Rose as a Junior Assistant Manager in a permanent, full-time position. Coach teams and support store performance daily.

As a member of the management team, you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining company standards. You will train employees on sales techniques and product features, coordinate store activities, and help create a positive work environment. The position includes sales, team management, visual presentation, and store administration responsibilities.

• Train team members on sales techniques and product features
• Welcome customers and explain lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear products
