Support safe, organized shopping at Walmart in Halifax by collecting carts, assisting customers, and following approved safety procedures.
As a Stockperson and Cart pusher, you support customer service operations at the Halifax store. Your duties include retrieving carts, helping with carry outs and carry ins, verifying receipts when required, and completing logs accurately. You also maintain facilities and equipment through cleaning, inspections, and safe chemical handling.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect carts from corrals, parking areas, and store perimeter
- Return carts safely using Walmart approved procedures
- Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins
- Respond to register and Customer Service requests promptly
- Complete required logs and equipment inspections accurately
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout shifts
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
- Occasional ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to wear steel toe footwear and reflective vest
