Wound Care Sales Representative – Halifax

Responsibilities- Maintain and build territory sales, driving growth and developing new business opportunities within the designated geography.
- Accountable for fiscal growth targets and budgets.
- Educate healthcare staff on products, standards, and guidelines, positioning Solventum as a solutions provider.
- Work and collaborate with Solventum internal sales and marketing team.
- Manage long selling cycles consisting of multiple touch points.
- A minimum of 2 years of healthcare/medical relevant experience in a private, public, government or military environment (post‑secondary education completed) OR a high school/GED plus 6 years experience.
- Able to successfully pass a pre‑hire motor vehicle screening assessment.
- Experience with wound care solutions (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer focus and consultative skills, with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs.
- Strong business acumen with clear understanding of healthcare sales & marketing processes.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce).
Remote – Candidate must reside in Halifax, Nova Scotia area. May include up to 40% domestic travel. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship for employment visa status.
VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre‑employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired.
