Position: ENCORE Event Sales Specialist

This role involves supporting the Event Technology team with the sale of equipment and services. You will coordinate smaller events, manage client communications, and ensure that sales goals are achieved. By following up with clients, you play a crucial role in their overall satisfaction and event success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales presentations for Banquet Event Orders

• Address client concerns via various communication channels

• Maximize revenue through effective closing techniques

• Handle order management and sales administration tasks

• Maintain an organized and updated CRM system

Requirements:

• High School diploma required; BS/BA is preferred

• 1+ years of experience in sales or event management

• Technical proficiency with software and tools

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Experience in hospitality or events preferred
