Atlantic Provinces Regional Sales Manager

Lead Atlantic Provinces sales strategy from Halifax using account management, team coaching, and commercial analysis across key beverage alcohol markets.

As Provincial Manager, you will manage key accounts and guide regional sales execution across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, and Newfoundland. You will report to the Senior Director of Sales, Eastern Canada, collaborating with Brand Managers and Trade Marketing. Corby Spirit and Wine Limited and Hiram Walker & Sons Ltd. represent brands including J.P. Wiser's, Lot No. 40, Jameson, and ABSOLUT.

• Develop regional sales strategies with the Regional Sales Director
• Manage relationships with provincial liquor boards and key clients
• Coach District Managers through field coaching and performance huddles
• Oversee pricing, budgets, activity calendars, and CRM reporting
• Recruit, onboard, and guide regional team members

• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and manage teams
• Sales strategy, negotiation, and customer relationship management experience
• Previous beverage alcohol and category management experience required
• Bachelor's degree and Microsoft Office proficiency
• CRM experience, travel flexibility, and valid driver's license
