Route Service Representative

Serve Halifax customers as a Route Service Representative using driving, sales, and customer service skills across established routes. Deliver and collect essential facility products.

Cintas seeks a Route Service Representative for its Rental Division in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This full-time, first-shift position manages existing customer accounts while growing them through upselling and cross-selling. You will drive a truck, service customers, maintain inventory, and handle uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and facility service products.

• Drive established routes and service existing customer accounts
• Deliver and pick up uniforms and facility products
• Build rapport with customer decision makers as Cintas’s representative
• Resolve concerns proactively while ensuring quality standards
• Upsell products and negotiate service agreement renewals

• Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license
• Meet provincial requirements for regulated vehicle operation
• Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork

Use route driving, account growth, and customer service strengths to represent Cintas throughout Halifax’s Rental Division.
