The Sales Associate serves every client through Laura Canada service standards and strong product knowledge. This Operations role develops clientele, assesses customer needs, and supports sales through wardrobing and relevant add-ons. The position also promotes store programs and completes point-of-sale procedures accurately.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exemplary customer service following Laura Canada standards
- Assess customer needs and drive sales through appropriate add-ons
- Apply wardrobing skills and maintain current fashion knowledge
- Develop relationships using Laura Canada Clientele Development tools
- Execute sales, refunds, and Ship to Home procedures accurately
- Retail environment experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional conduct with a positive, confident attitude
- Openness to feedback and timely implementation of change
- Flexibility for business hours and minimum three weekly shifts
